In performing my duties, I will comply with all domestic and internal company regulations, and will not engage in any activity that violates or may be suspected of violating such laws and regulations.

I will not instruct, approve, instigate, or condone any act or incident that violates or may potentially violate laws and regulations, internal company regulations, and will report such violation, immediately upon discovery of the fact, to the company in accordance with the company procedures.

In carrying out business activities, including contract execution and major business initiatives, I will consult with relevant departments in advance to minimize potential legal risks.

I will actively participate in any and all company compliance activities including employee education, monitoring, on-site inspection, and follow-up measures pertaining to ethical business management.
